Providing personal service is our mission. We have a professional yet relaxed manner that puts our clients at ease. Most portrait and event sessions are built around an illustrative style of photography; which is a perfect blend of traditional photography and photojournalism.
Where would you like your portraits taken? You have three session options. 1) ON LOCATION: Perhaps you would prefer a favorite spot in Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral or one of many other Southwest Florida locations. 2) PORTABLE STUDIO: With our portable studio you can have portraits created in your own home, at your business or special event. 3) STUDIO: For some, coming into our studio is exactly what you are looking for. Each session is booked with you especially in mind; in a relaxing no pressure atmosphere. The studio is perfect for "New Life" sessions.

PROOFS
You will be able to see at least one of your images within 48 hours of your session by visiting our website and clicking on "BLOG"! The rest your proofs will be available for viewing within two to three weeks from your session or event date. You will be able to access your proofs by going to our website and clicking on " Galleries". You will be able to view and make purchases of your images for 10 weeks after your date. Your session will be password protected upon request. Each gallery has its own web address so you can forward the link to family and friends for their viewing and/or purchasing. All images are copyright protected. A CD or DVD of your full resolution images may be purchased with some packages.

REFERRALS
If you are a current or past client who introduces new clients to our services, make sure they tell us that you referred them to us! They will receive a discount on their first sitting fee or a complimentary 5 x 7. For each new paid client you introduce to RC Media Services, you will receive a credit towards a complimentary 5 x 7 print from your session as our way of saying “Thank you!” You can either order a print right away or “bank” it. You can redeem two credits for an 8x10 print or four credits for an 11x14 print. After referring just five new clients (regardless of whether you've redeemed or banked your credits), as a special thank you, you will get another entire photo session free !SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS
If you have a loved one overseas (or about to be shipped out), We'd like to do our part to boost their morale by offering a special discount to you. You'll receive a complimentary 30 minute session and a 5 x 7 for free to be mailed or given to your loved one. Sessions must be booked for a Tuesday or Thursday between 5:30 – 7:30pm .
PRIVACY POLICY & RETURN POLICY
Portraits may be purchased using cash, check, or major credit card. Your information will not be shared with any third parties. All sales are final. Prices are subject to change without notice. Portraits will be hand delivered or sent to you by regular mail (USPS), unless other arrangements have been made. Typical turn around from placement of order will be two weeks, although in most cases it will be sooner. Your images will be archived for one year after your sitting date.
*RC Media Services has unrestricted rights to use and publish photographs of any clients for the use of editorial, trade, advertisement, or any other purpose and in any medium such as, but not limited to, website and internet promotion, magazines, flyers, postcards, studio displays, and any other purpose thought proper by RC Media Services.
